Alex von Allmen – Executive Director
Alex is an expert at taking complex subjects, synthesizing and communicating them in ways that they are easily understood. As founder of BrandMother, he has worked with thousands of companies worldwide. He is director of sales and marketing for Carepacity, a company founded by emergency physicians to improve patient experience, satisfaction and outcomes. He also has experience in patient safety, medical liability insurance and telemedicine. Alex has a BA from Vanderbilt and MBA from Northwestern/Kellogg.
Edward Nemeth, MBA
Ed is a peer-reviewed author who co-developed 4 different cancer diagnostic technologies and systems at Tufts Medical School and Rush University Medical School including a technology that has saved 8-10,000 lives every year since 1986. He also has experience worldwide in over 200 new drug development efforts. He studied neuro-biology at the University of Vermont, Immunology at Harvard and Business at Northwestern/ Kellogg.
Ken Russell, BA – Chief Science Officer
Ken personally reviewed over 100K Scientific journals in a quest to better understand root causes of his diabetes. He was Director of the Diabetes Prevention Project, Inc. from 2007 to 2019 and a Vice President of EF Hutton from 1985 to 1988. Ken has a BA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
Michael Zarifes, BFA – Creative Director
Michael is an award-winning graphic designer and art director, specializing in video, infomercial production, broadcast, web and mobile design. He has held positions with Oracle and Pitney Bowes. He has a BA degree in psychology from Stanford University and a BFA degree in graphic design from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California (with honors).
